Nataly Raab
Nataly is a community engagement and collaborative planning specialist with deep experience shaping inclusive, people‑centred change in the built environment. Trained in architecture, urban design and sustainable development, Nataly has led participatory place shaping projects across the public, private and third sectors, spanning local authorities, community organisations, design studios and international NGOs.
As Director of the Association of Collaborative Design, Nataly champions sector-wide capacity building, delivering training, research programmes and cross-disciplinary knowledge exchange to embed meaningful engagement into design and development practice. Her recent roles include leading public realm and placemaking strategies in central London, advising on digital engagement innovation, and lecturing on community-led urbanism at the University of Hertfordshire.
